2023: ‘You Have A Rare Opportunity, But You Look For Ways To Thwart It’ – Frank Edoho Knocks Soludo, Others Working Against Peter Obi

Media personality, Frank Edoho has slammed Igbo politicians working against the presidential bid of Labour Party flag bearer, Peter Obi

This comes shortly after the former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Chukwuma Charles Soludo, who currently serves as the Governor of Anambra State, berated Obi’s performance while he was a governor, stating that the investment Obi left in government is worth next to nothing today.

In another explosive publication on Monday, Soludo tackled the presidential candidate, saying he can’t win the 2023 presidential election.

Reacting to the development, Edoho, who expressed disappointment via his microblogging platform, Twitter on Tuesday wondered why Igbo politicians do not support their own and do everything to thwart a rare opportunity of an Igbo presidency.

According to the TV Host, unlike the Yorubas and Hausas who pledge their support for their candidates, the Igbo does differently and seek to disrupt their own candidates.

He wrote: "Igbo Politician will never stop baffling me. You have the rare opportunity of one of your kin being President, but instead of supporting and clamoring for him like Yoruba and Hausa people do with their candidates, you look for ways to disrupt and thwart him! Tufia Kwa."
