A Nollywood actor, Kingsley Abasili has said that some media houses have approached him to make paternity claims concerning veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie.
Speaking via a Twitter post, Abasili alleged that journalists have asked him to falsely claim that Pete Edochie is his biological father as a criteria to become famous. He stated that the media houses offered to promote him if he decides to make the false claims. However, Abasili said he rejected the offer because of the love he has for the veteran. He wrote, “For those coming to my inbox to mock me, I’m not popular because I refused to be. Media houses approached me asking me to declare Pete Edochie my biological father but I refused. “That was the condition I was given to become famous but I see no reason to do such.” Abasili is making this claim two years after photos of him and Pete Edochie surfaced online. Edochie has not openly made any comments concerning his relationship with the Nollywood actor but there have being suspicions that they could be more than just a lookalike.Toke Makinwa Gets Public Proposal
